La Croce Rossa cerca nuovi volontari per rispondere alle necessità dell’area di Sesto Fiorentino e Calenzano: il corso di formazione per Volontari avrà inizio il 25 gennaio e terminerà il 15 febbraio, con l’esame finale. Le lezioni teoriche si terranno presso l’Auditorium Sandro Pertini in via Paganini 16 e mentre prove pratiche e i relativi esami nella Sede dell’Unità Territoriale CRI di Sesto F.no in Piazza Galvani 8.
Tutti possono diventare volontari, l’unica caratteristica richiesta è quella di avere a disposizione del tempo da dedicare al servizio. Per effettuare la richiesta di iscrizione al corso, sarà necessario registrarsi sul portale https://gaia.cri.it/registrati/aspirante/ fornendo i dati richiesti. A causa delle norme anti Covid-19 il numero massimo dei partecipanti è limitato a 26 e sarà data la precedenza a coloro che abitano o lavorano a Sesto Fiorentino o nelle zone limitrofe quali Calenzano, Campi Bisenzio, Castello, Novoli, Rifredi. Il termine ultimo per iscriversi è il 20 gennaio. Per la partecipazione al corso è obbligatorio il Green Pass rafforzato in corso di validità (cosiddetto “Super Green Pass”).
I principali argomenti del corso saranno storia, Principi, valori e specificità dell’Associazione e del Movimento Internazionale di Croce Rossa e Mezzaluna Rossa e della sua azione; Diritto Internazionale Umanitario; primo soccorso e manovre salvavita; salute e sicurezza; orientamento ai servizi.
Il corso si conclude con un esame teorico-pratico sugli argomenti trattati – comprese le manovre di primo soccorso – e saranno ammessi agli esami solo coloro che frequenteranno almeno l’80% delle ore previste.
Il neo Volontario CRI potrà svolgere tutte le attività che non necessitano di uno specifico percorso formativo, previa valutazione dell’idoneità psico-fisica. Lo svolgimento delle altre attività (come il servizio in ambulanza o la Protezione Civile) è subordinato alla frequenza di specifici corsi abilitanti.
