La Croce Rossa Italiana – Comitato di Firenze OdV apre le candidature per la definizione di due graduatorie dalle quali attingere per eventuali occasioni di impiego lavorativo. Il candidato, nella domanda, dovrà indicare la preferenza per una sola delle due posizioni; nel caso di successiva chiamata da parte del Comitato, il dipendente/collaboratore sarà tenuto ad operare nel pieno rispetto delle indicazioni fornite dal Codice Etico e da tutti i Regolamenti di Croce Rossa Italiana e del Comitato di Firenze.
POSIZIONE 1 – Autista soccorritore per l’ambito di emergenza urgenza
Compiti e mansioni previsti per la figura in oggetto
Il candidato sarà eventualmente chiamato a svolgere i seguenti compiti:
- Emergenza territoriale
- Trasporti ordinari (dimissioni, dialisi, accompagnamenti, ecc.)
- Trasferimenti interni AAOOUU e AAUUSSLL e privati
- Altre attività di carattere socio-sanitario
Profilo richiesto
La selezione è rivolta a candidati che abbiano compiuto i 18 anni di età ed in possesso dei seguenti requisiti minimi:
- Diploma di scuola media superiore
- Possesso della patente CRI di tipo 5 o superiore
- Piena disponibilità operativa, anche per trasferte sul territorio e reperibilità
- Essere in possesso della qualifica CRI TSSA
- Essere in possesso dell’attestato FULL-D in corso di validità
Altre caratteristiche valorizzate (non in ordine di preferenza):
- Aver già svolto attività lavorativa presso il Comitato di Firenze o altro Comitato della Croce Rossa Italiana
- Esperienza nella mansione, sia come volontario, sia come dipendente
- Titolo di studio
- Conoscenza di lingue straniere
- Referenze rilasciate a seguito di precedenti esperienze lavorative nel settore
- Esperienza generale, oltre mansione richiesta, di Volontariato in Croce Rossa Italiana
- Precedenti stage o esperienze presso aziende o enti no profit
- Conoscenza del territorio di riferimento (Province di Firenze, Prato e Pistoia)
- Qualifiche di trainer della Croce Rossa Italiana

Compiti e mansioni
Il candidato è eventualmente chiamato a svolgere i seguenti compiti:
- Trasporti sanitari ordinari (dimissioni, dialisi, accompagnamenti, ecc.)
- Trasporti socio-sanitari e socio-istituzionali
- Trasferimenti a carattere non di emergenza
- Collaborazione nelle funzioni di copertura dei servizi d’oggetto alla Centrale Operativa e di organizzazione con la Direzione di Comitato
- Altre attività socio-sanitarie
Profilo richiesto
La selezione è rivolta a candidati che abbiano compiuto i 18 anni di età ed in possesso dei seguenti requisiti minimi:
- Diploma di scuola media superiore
- Possesso della patente CRI di tipo 4 o superiore
- Piena disponibilità operativa, anche per trasferte sul territorio e reperibilità. Essere in possesso della qualifica CRI TS
- Essere in possesso dell’attestato FULL-D in corso di validità
Altre caratteristiche valorizzate (non in ordine di preferenza):
- Esperienza lavorativa, di stage o servizio civile nella mansione, presso il Comitato di Firenze o altro Comitato della Croce Rossa Italiana
- Titolo di studio
- Conoscenza di lingue straniere
- Referenze rilasciate a seguito di precedenti esperienze lavorative nel settore
- Esperienza di Volontariato in Croce Rossa Italiana
- Precedenti stage o esperienze presso aziende o enti no profit
- Conoscenza del territorio di riferimento (Province di Firenze, Prato e Pistoia)

Croce Rossa Italiana Comitato di Firenze – Lungarno Soderini 11, Firenze; eventuali sedi distaccate (Unità Territoriali)
Scadenza e termini di presentazione delle candidature
Pena esclusione, i candidati dovranno far pervenire la propria candidatura a mezzo e- mail all’indirizzo direzione@crifirenze.it entro e non oltre le ore 17.00 del giorno 19 Maggio 2022; la candidatura dovrà contenere un messaggio di presentazione in cui si evinca la rispondenza del candidato ai requisiti minimi richiesti e l’illustrazione delle eventuali caratteristiche preferenziali. Si richiede, inoltre, di allegare un proprio CV aggiornato. Nella domanda dovrà essere espressamente indicata la preferenza per la posizione richiesta – posizione uno (emergenza urgenza) oppure posizione due (sanitario ordinario).
È importante che ogni candidato indichi con precisione un recapito telefonico/e-mail per qualsiasi esigenza legata alla procedura.
Procedura di selezione
La selezione e la costituzione di lista avverranno per titoli; solo se ritenuto necessario si procederà a un colloquio in presenza.
Incompatibilità
Secondo quanto previsto all’art. 17 del Codice del Terzo Settore (D. Lgs. n. 117/2017), i soci del Comitato di Firenze non possono intrattenere nessun tipo di rapporto di lavoro con il Comitato stesso. Qualora il candidato selezionato risulti socio, sarà iscritto d’ufficio al ruolo di riserva per l’intera durata del rapporto.
Inoltre, secondo quanto previsto dalla Statuto (art. 15.8), il percepimento di emolumenti da parte di qualsiasi Comitato della Croce Rossa Italiana sospende i diritti elettorali per l’intera durata del rapporto.
